A Primary Bath Makeover!

Feb 22, 2024

In recent blogs, we’ve been covering some of our larger, more complicated projects, but we never want to forget those clients who want a bit of simple luxury whenever they enter their primary bathrooms. Did you know the average person spends at least an hour in the bathroom daily? Think about it; we bet that some folks spend more time in there than they even realize. And we’ve found that the prettier and brighter the space, the more apt you are to spend time relaxing and taking valuable time for yourself in your bathroom.

These clients have lived in their home since it was built in the early 2000s. Their primary bath was designed and decorated with the trends of the time, but they recently realized it was blah and dated. So we gutted the room with all the old tile, cabinets, fixtures, and paint. We left the footprint the same, and we left the plumbing intact. We replaced all the tile and built a new shower with frameless glass and multiple niches. Check out those gorgeous new cabinets with miles of storage and gleaming quartz countertops. And the drop-in tub with a tiled deck provides ample space for bath oils, a book, and a glass of wine! Those plantation shutters are specially designed so that the upper and lower louvers open and close independently, enabling the perfect amount of light and privacy. These clients are set for years of luxury and hours of “me time” in this primary space!
